Eaton-Williams exhibits at Drinktec

Eaton-Williams is exhibiting for the first time at Drinktec, the world’s leading trade fair for beverages and liquid foods.

DrinktecHeld in Munich from September 12-17, the fair provides Eaton-Williams with an international platform to exhibit a wide range of products.

Eaton-Williams is exhibiting in Hall A1, Stand 125 where products featured will include Qualitair’s Invicta Cellar Cooler (ICC) and low temperature ceiling cassettes. In a new departure from its traditional humidification products, Vapac is unveiling an innovative system targeted at the wine industry for cleaning, de-scaling and sterilising wine barrels and Eaton-Williams Process Cooling (EWPC) is showcasing its new range of thermoregulators that combine high specification and functionality.

Qualitair

Qualitair’s INVICTA Cellar Coolers (ICC) provide unrivalled temperature control for the retail, catering and brewing industries. End users can choose between a standard 8-23°C electro-mechanical system and a low temperature version operating between 4-23°C that comes with a full electronic LED display fitted as standard.

Qualitair’s standard 12°C – ICC Cellar Cooler is ideal for general keg and real ale storage area. The top of the range model, ICC Low Temperature Cellar Cooler will maintain a storage area as low as 5°C and is ideal for pubs, clubs and restaurants coping with high turnovers of wet sales.

“Qualitair’s cellar cooling range delivers affordable, energy efficient cooling on demand,” says Roger Palamarczuk, General Sales Manager for Eaton-Williams.

Qualitair’s QLC low temperature ceiling cassettes provide the ideal solution when both air conditioning and variable temperature control is required to provide chilled conditions in retailing and food preparation environments.

The QLC’s four-way distribution provides low velocity air and can change climates from 21°C down to8°C depending on the set point chosen. With a choice of refrigerants R407c and R404a and a design that facilitates installation and maintenance and reduces running costs, the QLC has proved a hit with many of the UK’s major retailers including ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Morrison and the Co-Op.

Vapac

By working closely with wine producers, Vapac has developed a steam based system to clean and disinfect wine barrels without the use of any chemicals. With consumption steadily on the increase and the growth in New World wines the market is vast and there is a requirement for a fast cost-effective solution for sterilising barrels on demand.

Following successful trials the system which is mobile and can be positioned where needed to cleanse barrels will be making its debut at Drinktec prior to its official launch.

Eaton-Williams Process Cooling

EWPC is setting new standards in the process industry with its range of thermoregulators that provide accurate and reliable temperature control for the most demanding applications including injection moulding and other processes.

The range uses the latest controls to provide excellent accuracy and stability. Seven models are available; the smallest EWTC offers 9kW heating capacity and 20kW cooling capacity. At the top end of the range, the EWTC 72 offers 72kW heating capacity and 167kW cooling capacity.
